Space Invader has been busy on the streets of Paris, placing a few new pieces in the French capital. The new additions to the ‘PA’ series are a real mixture of styles; the traditional looking PA-1096 first appeared on Invaders Instagram a few weeks ago, the huge PA-1096 has been distracting drivers on the Parisian highway since last week and the ‘Mona Lisa’ inspired PA-1097 (which is equally massive and brilliant) can be seen outside The Louvre-Rivoli Metro Station. Variety is the spice of life!
Here’s a final look at the recent invasion of Hong Kong.
It’s been one of our favourite invasions in a while so a big thanks to Ray for hunting down the pieces and allowing us to use his shots – make sure you check out his Flickr account. We’re hoping for a map in the shop sometime soon!
Invader will participate in group exhibition PULP at The Outsiders gallery, Newcastle at the end of this month.
